2. Do you sell accessories compatible with specific phone models?

Yes, we offer accessories compatible with various phone brands and models.

SHIPPING, ORDER TRACKING & DELIVERY

1. Does Alif Tech ship internationally?

Currently, we only deliver within the cities of Pakistan.

2. How can I track my order from Alif Tech online?

3. How can I view my Order Packaging Video?

We can share your order packaging video through your preferred communication channel, such as Messenger, WhatsApp, or email.

4. How long does it take for Alif Tech to deliver products?

We aim to deliver your order within 2-5 business days, although delivery times may vary during sale periods.

5. Is it need for an Identification Requirement to receive the delivery package?

No identification is required upon package receipt. However, the authorized recipient must sign the delivery document.

6. What is Alif Tech shipping policy for bulk orders?

For bulk orders, please contact our customer care team for customized shipping options and rates tailored to your requirements.

CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

1. How do I cancel my order on Alif Tech?

You can cancel your order by directly contacting us via our helpline at 12345678. If your order has already been dispatched, please do not accept the parcel and inform us immediately. If you have made an advance payment (excluding delivery charges), we will initiate a refund after receiving the parcel back and verifying its contents.

2. Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

  • Contact Us Fast: If you need to change your address or phone number after ordering, message us on WhatsApp right away.
  • Give Order Info: Tell us your order number and what details you want to change, like your new address or phone number.
  • Time Limits: Let us know as soon as possible. Once the courier takes your parcel, we might not be able to change it.
  • We'll Confirm: We'll check your request and confirm the changes with you.
  • Verification: Sometimes, we might need to make sure it's really you asking for the change.
  • Stay Updated: Keep an eye on your messages from us. We'll let you know what's happening with your order.

3. I just canceled my order. When will I receive my refund?

We typically process returns within 3-5 business days after the courier delivers the item to our Returns Center. Once we complete processing your return, we issue a refund (delivery charges are non-refundable). The refund time varies depending on the chosen refund method.

4. Would the consumer receive their entire payment if they cancel a paid order?

If the customer cancels an order before we dispatch the parcel to the courier, we refund the entire payment.

RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

1. What is Alif Tech's Return and Replacement Policy?

Products can be returned or exchanged in the following cases only:

The product is different from what was mentioned on the website.

A defective or damaged product has been received.

2. Can I return the product to Alif Tech if I don’t like it?

You can only return the product if it is faulty or  Wrong Product.

3. What should I do when I receive my delivery?

Check the external condition of the package upon receipt. If there are signs of damage or if the package appears to have been opened during transit, do not accept it. Instead, contact our customer care immediately.

Customers may claim a refund or Return if they receive damaged goods however they must provide video proof of this.

4. What if I receive a damaged or defective accessory?

If you receive a damaged or defective accessory, please contact our customer care team within 3 days of receiving the product to initiate a return or replacement process.

5. How long would it take me to receive the refund/replacement of the returned product?

It can take 5 to 7 working days for a refund or replacement.

6. Does Alif Tech pick up the product I want to return from my location?

No, you must take the product to the courier center and dispatch it to our return address. Please contact us through our customer care before proceeding with the return.

Yes, you can pay for the product online as well as make payment on delivery.

2. How can I pay for my order at Alif Tech?

No, Alif Tech does not impose any additional charges for using payment methods such as Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit cards, or digital wallets.

4. Do you offer installment payment options for mobile accessories?

Currently, we do not offer installment payment options for mobile accessories. However, you can choose from the available payment methods at checkout.
